St. Pauls Cathedral is one of the places that I’d love to spend more time at. Somehow I always seem to rush by on my way towards either the South Bank or Westminster. I’ve been inside once, quite a few years ago and even dared to walk up all the steps to the top. It was breathtaking – literally. When I shot this particular scene, I did not own a 10mm lens yet, so this is basically a panorama stichted from 3 images.
St Pauls Cathedral ist einer der Plätze, an denen ich mehr Zeit verbringen möchte. Irgendwie scheine ich immer nur dran vorbei zu hetzen, entweder auf dem Weg zur South Bank oder nach Westminster. Ich war auch schon mal in der Kathedrale vor einigen Jahren und bin sogar die Treppe bis ganz oben hinaugekletttert. Es war atemberaubend – auch im wörtlichen Sinn. Als ich dieses Foto gemacht habe, hatte ich noch kein 10mm Objektiv, daher ist das hier ein Panorama aus 3 Bildern.
